Our team will create a proposal and drawing package. With your budget, preferred style, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and necessary millwork) and a material board by room.

Phase 3: Design Development
At this step , you will have a detailed design plan. We will gather your feedback on what works and what doesn’t then will come up with revisions.

- Demo/ construction floor plans
